Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size using the guides provided. We cannot guarantee fit if measurements are not checked before purchase.

Our apparel is intended for general wear. If you have known sensitivities, please review the materials and care information before purchase and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

5C. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your parcel, please contact us first so we can assist with reasonable next steps (including carrier enquiries where appropriate). Outcomes can vary by carrier and location. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
You may also contact the carrier directly; contacting us first helps us support the process and record the issue.

In many cases, mandatory consumer protections are determined by your place of residence and/or delivery destination, regardless of the domain used (including New Zealand deliveries).
